DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Shake well before applying, roll the stainless steel ball over your forehead, apply to temples, pressure points behind the ears roll down the base of your neck, apply to the pressure points on your wrists.  

INGREDIENTS -  Fractionated Coconut Oil, Rose Geranium, in a  10 ml - 0.33 fl oz Glass Amber Roller Bottle with stainless steel roller ball.
